exemption from overtime wage requirements for certain motor                    
vehicle mechanics which had been placed at the bottom of the                   
calendar (page 3849) was read the second time.                                 
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without
